Basic operation of push-pull dynamometer force measurement:

1. Force measurement

The force acting on the axis direction of the measuring axis is briefly described. Measurement is performed in peak mode or tracking mode.

1-1 peak mode

Briefly describe the peak value of recording all test times. It is useful to provide the reading of the maximum instantaneous value in fracture test, impact test and so on.

1-2 tracking mode

Brief description of the tracking process test values. This is useful for providing changes in strength readings when using software, etc.

2. Turn on/off the power supply

Press ON/OFF to switch on and off the power supply.

3. Reset to zero

Clear the indicated value and return to zero. Press the ZERO key to clear the indicated value and return to zero. When measuring, reset the zero value before applying the force and starting the measurement.

4. Peak Mode

Used to measure the maximum. When the "peak" key is pressed, the "peak" flag appears, and the state is in peak mode. If the "peak" sign does not appear, it indicates that the force value applied to the measurement axis is in the tracking mode.

5. Storage/Printing

Press "SEND" and each value is displayed, and the indicated values are recorded digitally in memory. If connected to MITUTOYO digital display miniprocessor (Z2 series), the indication value will be printed. When the "SEND" key is pressed, the display will freeze and the "HOLD" flag will appear.

6. Continuous Printing and Storage of Data

In order to connect the print and storage data, in the function setting mode, switch to the storage data confirmation mode, and press the DATA key of the printer, all the stored data will be printed out.
