The acquisition board synchronously acquires encoder signals and torsion signals at high speed and sends the signals to the upper computer at a high data output rate.  The upper computer manages the operation flow of the whole system, receives the data of the acquisition board, and sends control instructions to the PLC to drive the execution mechanism to operate.

 

2.Introduction of Acquisition Board Card

1. Power supply: DC24V + 15%

  2. Encoder signal: differential signal input, A+,A-,B+,B-,Z+,Z-. Actual data such as angle and displacement are converted according to encoder pulse number.

3. Torsion signal: directly input the 4 - wire torsion sensor signal and convert it into the actual torsion value.

4. Ethernet interface: used for high-speed data output.

5.RS232 interface: can be used for medium and low speed data output and function command communication.

6. Switch input / output interface: detects the state of external switch, with 1 channel of high-speed pulse output, and can drive 1 channel of stepper motor or servo motor driver.

 

The highest sampling rate of the acquisition board can reach 100KHZ. Encoder signals and torsion signals are synchronously acquired, converted into actual quantities, and then the two data are packaged into a group of data and sent to the upper computer through the communication interface.  The acquisition board and the upper computer can communicate with each other by using standard protocols or custom protocols. The upper computer can set working parameters for the acquisition board, define functions such as acquisition process, and calibrate and calibrate torque values through the upper computer.
